Booking Process
1. Initial Enquiry
Number 1 and most importantly, you have found me and now I'm here to help. The first step in the process is the enquiry form. This is key for me to get a better understanding of your special day. Please fill in as much detail as possible. Don't worry if you don't know all the answers, we can discuss it all during Step 2. I always aim to respond to initial enquiries within 7 days.
2. Consultation and bespoke proposal
One I've reviewed your initial enquiry, I will contact you to confirm receipt, date availability and to book in your personal free consultation.
For your first consultation, I usually plan for around an hour or so.
Consultations are normally on weekends and can be arranged in person on via Zoom.
Following your consultation I will issue your bespoke proposal and quote within 2 weeks.
3. Booking Confirmation & Desposit
Dates are only reserved on payment of booking fee. Once you have received your proposal and quote and if you decide to book Flaura Flowers I require a £100 booking fee & signed copy of our terms & conditions (these will be sent with your detailed quote) to secure your date.
